He graduated from Charlotte High School in 1994, and proceeded to Emory University where he earned his Bachelor of Arts degree. Mr. Tiseo then attended law school at Florida State University, where he earned his Juris Doctorate degree.

He currently is a member of the Charlotte County Bar Association, the American Bar Association, and the Trial Lawyers section of the Florida Bar. Mr. Tiseo enjoys donating his time to his community. Mr. Tiseo has served as a Charlotte County Teen Court judge since 2001, and is a member of the Charlotte-Desoto Builders Industry Association.

Mr. Tiseo and his wife have been happily married since 2001 and have three children.
