ATTORNEY SPOTLIGHT: MEET JASON GOLDMAN

- AV Preeminent Rated by Martindale Hubbell
- Helping injured clients for over 20 years
- No attorney’s fees or costs, until we win your claim
- Constant, effective, and personal communication with your attorney
- Port Charlotte is my family’s home, not just an office location
I have practiced Personal Injury law for over 20 years, and during that time have achieved an AV rating from Martindale Hubbell, the primary rating service for attorneys in the United States for well over 100 years. Less than 5% of attorneys nationwide ever obtain Martindale Hubbell’s AV rating, the highest rating achievable.
This rating is based on the confidential opinions of other lawyers and judges, who best know my abilities both inside and outside the courtroom, as well as the detailed manner in which I help each and every one of my clients. My clients are NOT claim numbers. My clients are people who need real help, who need to speak directly with their attorney rather than a handful of support staff, and who need to feel confident that their attorney is looking out for them and their families. While many personal injury law firms ascribe to the “assembly line” theory of legal practice, in that many different staff members are “in charge” of different aspects of your personal injury claim, we absolutely do not. At GTS, I am actively involved in each and every aspect of your personal injury claim from start to finish, because that’s what you both expect and deserve.
I grew up in Charlotte County, attended public schools in Charlotte County, and returned to Charlotte County to raise my children. While many law firms “have offices” in Port Charlotte, Punta Gorda, or Englewood, Charlotte County has been my home since 1982. I believe my law firm is a reflection of the Charlotte County community: we’re straight-forward, and offer a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere for our clients. I’m most proud of the incredible reviews myself and my partners have received in various online legal directories, with the most common phrases we read are “straight-forward”, “to the point”, “felt at ease”, “reassuring”, “responsive”, “open lines of communication”, and “plain English”. As your hometown law firm, this is exactly what we strive to be.
