Mr. Goldman, the firm’s Managing Partner, proudly focuses his practice in the areas of Automobile Accidents, Motorcycle Accidents, Uninsured / Underinsured Motorist Claims, Personal Injury, Wrongful Death, Dog Bites and Other Injuries Caused by Animals, Criminal and Traffic Defense, and Mediation. Mr. Goldman was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, but was raised in Charlotte County, Florida. He graduated from Port Charlotte High School in 1988, and immediately thereafter earned his Associate in Arts degree from Edison Community College in Fort Myers, Florida. Mr. Goldman proceeded to Florida State University and obtained Bachelors degrees in both Political Science and Criminology. Mr. Goldman, along with his wife, traveled to Loyola University Law School in New Orleans, Louisiana, where he earned his Juris Doctorate degree.

Mr. Goldman holds an AV rating from Martindale-Hubbell, the leading nationwide legal directory for ranking the abilities of all attorneys and law firms throughout the United States. Affiliations and Community Involvement
Mr. Goldman is admitted to practice in all Florida state courts, as well as the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida. He currently is a member of the Florida Justice Association, the Academy of Trial Lawyers of America, the American Bar Association, and the Charlotte County Bar Association, where he served as its Secretary in 2006, Treasurer in 2007, Vice President in 2008, and President in 2009. Mr. Goldman enjoys helping the community in which he was raised, offering his time to serve as a Hearing Officer for Charlotte County, Florida, Adjunct Professor of Criminal Law at Edison Community College, Hearing Officer for the Charlotte County School Board, Attorney Advisor for the Charlotte County Teen Court Program, past Vice-President of the Legal Aid Committee for the Charlotte County Bar Association, Parent Volunteer for Meadow Park Elementary School, and Parent Volunteer for Kingsway Elementary School.

Mr. Goldman has been happily married since 1993, and has two wonderful sons.
