Jason B. Goldman
Mr. Goldman, the firm’s Managing Partner, proudly focuses his practice in the areas of Automobile Accidents, Motorcycle Accidents, Uninsured / Underinsured Motorist Claims, Personal Injury, Wrongful Death, Dog Bites and Other Injuries Caused by Animals, Criminal and Traffic Defense, and Mediation. Mr. Goldman was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, but was raised in Charlotte County, Florida. He graduated from Port Charlotte High School in 1988, and immediately thereafter earned his Associate in Arts degree from Edison Community College in Fort Myers, Florida. Mr. Goldman proceeded to Florida State University and obtained Bachelors degrees in both Political Science and Criminology. Mr. Goldman, along with his wife, traveled to Loyola University Law School in New Orleans, Louisiana, where he earned his Juris Doctorate degree.
Mr. Goldman holds an AV rating from Martindale-Hubbell, the leading nationwide legal directory for ranking the abilities of all attorneys and law firms throughout the United States. His AV rating, based on the confidential opinions of other local attorneys and local judges who are best suited to assess Mr. Goldman’s legal abilities, signifies the highest rating awarded by Martindale-Hubbell both in terms of legal ability and ethics. The Martindale-Hubbell legal directory is commonly referred to as “the Yellow Pages for attorneys”, and its attorney ratings have been relied upon for over a century by attorneys and judges alike.
Affiliations and Community Involvement
Mr. Goldman is admitted to practice in all Florida state courts, as well as the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida. He currently is a member of the Academy of Florida Trial Lawyers, the Academy of Trial Lawyers of America, the American Bar Association, and the Charlotte County Bar Association, where he served as its Secretary in 2006, currently serves as its Treasurer for 2007, will serve as its Vice President in 2008, and will serve as its President in 2008. Mr. Goldman enjoys helping the community in which he was raised, offering his time to Edison Community College as an Adjunct Professor of Criminal Law, the Charlotte County School Board as a Hearing Officer, the Charlotte County Teen Court Program as an Attorney Advisor, the Charlotte County Bar Association’s Legal Aid Committee as its past Vice President, Meadow Park Elementary School as a Volunteer, Kingsway Elementary School as a volunteer, and the Coral Coast Basketball Officials’ Association as a High School Basketball Referee.

Mr. Goldman has been happily married for almost 15 years, and has two wonderful sons.
